Ingredients & substitutions

  • 1 tube pre-Cooked polenta: Get the pre-cooked as it is firm, and will save you a ton of time. Just slice it into fries!
  • Oil spray: I used avocado oil spray. It has a high smoke point and allows for the fries to get nice and crispy.

How to make these air fried polenta fries

Step 1. Preheat air fryer to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Step 2. Slice polenta into “fries,” sizing to your likeness.

Step 3. Spray the bottom of the air fryer with avocado oil. Lay fries in one layer into basket, and spray them with avocado oil.

Step 4. Cook for about 15 minutes. Flip them over and cook for another 10 minutes, depending on how crispy you like your fries.

Step 5. Dip in your favorite sauce, I used marinara. Serve immediately, so they are nice and crispy.
