Air Fryer Garlic Parmesan Chicken Tenders

Ok… These aren’t your ordinary chicken tenders. These are made in just minutes in the air fryer and don’t have any breading. But what they do have is tons of flavor…. And butter, ya’ll. Lots and lots of butter. And they are so delicious. These air fryer garlic Parmesan chicken tenders and juicy and flavorful with just enough of a kick.

  • GARLIC PARMESAN BUTTER
  • 1.5 lb boneless skinless chicken tenders
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 8 cloves fresh garlic pressed or minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan 
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tbsp ranch powder
  • CHICKEN RUB
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tbsp ranch powder

How to make these keto chicken tenders in air fryer

Step 1. Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees

Step 2. In a saucepan, melt butter and add all seasonings, garlic and Parmesan. Once melted, remove 1/3 of the sauce for post, cooking basting. You don’t want to cross contaminate!

Step 3. Toss your chicken in the ranch powder and smoked paprika, and lay in one layer in your air fryer. Cook for 5 minutes.

Step 4. Baste with sauce and cook for 2 more minutes.

Step 5. Flip them over and baste again. Cook for 5-6 minutes more.

Step 6. Once they are done cooking, baste again with the sauce that you separated from the original sauce. Add more Parmesan to top. Enjoy on their own or on a salad.
