How to make these lobster rolls with King’s Hawaiian

Gently pull the meat out of each side and then lay back down into the shell. Do this for each lobster tail. Place the tail halves meat side up on a sheet pan and bake them for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool.
Step 2. Prepare your Hawaiian rolls. For each row of Hawaiian rolls, cut the middle out in one line. Do this for each row. Cut a little bit of each side off, exposing the inside of the bread. Tear the Hawaiian rolls apart. Butter each side. Lay the buttered side on a medium/ high head skillet, until the sides are toasted.
Step 3. Make the sauce. To a large bowl, add mayo, lemon juice, Worcestershire and old bay seasoning. Whisk together.
Step 4. Once the lobster has cooled, pull the meat out of the shells can roughly chop them into bite sized pieces. Toss the lobster in the sauce until it’s well combined.
Step 5. To each Hawaiian rolls, add a leaf of lettuce to the inside of the roll. Then spoon in the lobster mixture. Do this with each roll, and enjoy!

FAQs about Lobster Rolls
We know that they originated in New England in the 20th Century—after all, hot dog style buns weren’t made until 1912, and everyone knows that it’s not a real lobster roll if it’s on another type of bun. Unless it’s a King’s Hawaiian, in this case. 🙂
Are lobster rolls better hot or cold? Lobster rolls can be served hot or cold, depending on whether you’re using butter or mayonnaise. If you include mayonnaise in the salad, the right way to serve it would be cold.
