Step 1. On parchment paper, lay each slice of Proscuitto flat, overlapping slightly, to create one sheet. This will act as the outside of your roll.

Step 2. Layer all other ingredients across the Proscuitto. First pepperoni, genoa salami, spread the pesto, break the burrata apart and spread across the other ingredients, grate the Parmesan, arugula and a drizzle of balsamic reduction.

Step 3. Now it’s time to close the roll. Lift the parchment paper up and carefully roll the end of the Proscuitto over, using the parchment. Do this until you are able to close the roll. Carefully peel back the parchment. Slice into rolls with a serrated knife.
