Watermelon Mocktail

I love a good, fun beverage that doesn’t contain alcohol. I do drink, but sometimes I just want something refreshing that’s fun and doesn’t have booze. This watermelon lime mocktail is so juicy and delicious with the sweet summer watermelons, tart lime juice and fragrant garnish of thyme. If you are looking for a fun mocktail, give this watermelon mocktail recipe a try.

This recipe is so simple, made only with watermelon, lime juice and thyme. You can choose to rim the glass with honey and salt, but you definitely don’t have to. It’s good anyway!

Start by cutting your watermelon in half. Set one half aside for another recipe. Cut the rind off of the one half and cut the meat of the watermelon into large chunks that will fit in the blender. Blend the watermelon until smooth. Juice 3 limes into the mixture and blend again.

Rim each of the glasses with some honey and salt, and pour your watermelon lime mocktails into the classes. Garnish with a sprig of thyme. It’s that easy!
Make this refreshing mocktail for your next summer gathering. If you want to make it boozy, a shot of silver tequila goes great in it!
