I love spaghetti squash because you get to indulge in delicious pasta sauces without the heaviness of the pasta. Start by cutting your spaghetti squash in half the long way. This can be a challenge, so please be careful. There are a few different ways you can do it. I just muscle through it with a sharp knife, but you can also microwave it for a little while, making the squash softer. Here are directions as to how to cut a spaghetti squash. Once you have your squash cut in half, remove the seeds with a spoon, creating two bowls.
Drizzle each side with olive oil, then press your garlic. Split the garlic in half and add to each side of the squash. Then sprinkle your spices in the squash. Lastly, drizzle it with olive oil again.
Break the block of feta in half and crumble each half into half of the spaghetti squash. Then top with tomatoes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Roast the squash for about 45 minutes, until everything is tender.
Shred the spaghetti squash with a fork gently mixing the tomatoes, feta and spices with the shredded squash.
Mix it all together and add some fresh basil and a drizzle of balsamic reduction. This recipe is so good and filling, with far less guilt than eating a whole bowl of pasta.
Spaghetti Squash TikTok Pasta

- 1 Garlic Press Can also chop garlic
- 1 spaghetti squash
- 1 Block feta
- 12 Oz grape tomatoes
- 2 Cloves garlic
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
- 1 Tsp oregano
- 1 Tsp crushed red pepper more if you like it spicier
- fresh basil
- balsamic reduction optional
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.Cut spaghetti squash in half. This is hard, so be careful. If you poke holes in the squash, you can microwave it for a few minutes to soften it up. This will make it easier to cut. One you’ve cut the squash in half the long way, remove the seeds with a spoon, creating a bowl. Drizzle each side with olive oil. Press the garlic cloves and spread out inside each half of the squash. Sprinkle your oregano and red pepper flakes into each side of the squash. Drizzle once again with olive oil. Split the feta block in half and break each half up into each half of the spaghetti squash. Add grape tomatoes on top of the squash. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Roast for around 45 minutes. Remove from the oven. With a fork shred the spaghetti squash and mix tomatoes and feta, leaving it inside the shell of the squash, creating a bowl. The feta and tomatoes will turn into a creamy sauce.Top with fresh basil and a drizzle of balsamic reduction.
