  • Pretzels – Regular sized standard pretzels.

How to make this St Patricks Day Pretzels

Step 1. Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil over low heat in a sauce pan, stirring constantly until the chocolate is completely melted.

Step 2. Add a few drops of green food coloring, and stir until you reach your desired color green.

Step 3. With a fork, drop each pretzel into the chocolate, toss until coated, and let rest on parchment paper. Do this with 3 pretzels each, and shape into a shamrock. Add a popsicle stick and a little more chocolate to hold in on. Sprinkle with green sprinkles and let cool completely on parchment paper.
