Ranch Chicken Thighs
I’m always looking for ways to use my slow cooker. The whole “set it and forget it” nature of it, really lends itself well to our busy lifestyle. I love using my slow cooker to make protein for salads for our lunches for the week, and this recipe for ranch chicken thighs couldn’t be easier, or more delicious. They are so juicy, you will never want to eat a chicken breast again. Chicken thighs are also very affordable! If you aren’t used to eating chicken thighs, let this recipe be the first you try. You will never go back to that dry white meat.

This recipe is so easy, you guys. You will want to make it every single week. I like to use only butter and ranch seasoning when making my chicken in a slow cooker, but you can get creative! Chicken thighs have a little more fat, so they stay nice and juicy in the slow cooker and take on any seasoning you would like to add to them.
Place everything in a slow cooker and cook on low for about 3-4 hours. These were small chicken thighs, so they cooked in about 3 hours. This is a nice recipe to start if you run home for lunch, and it’s ready by the time you are home for dinner.
Once the ranch chicken thighs are done, remove them from the slow cooker and set aside. Save the juice from the chicken, as it’s amazing drizzled over the top. Drool…
We really love this recipe for chicken salads for meal prep for weekly lunches. You can also serve these ranch chicken thighs with your favorite potatoes and veggie for dinners! Enjoy!
