Olive Tapenade

Olives, but make it fancy. Wow your guests by leveling up your charcuterie spread with Olive Tapenade. This briny spread is a fantastic Segway from your standard olive plate, and takes only a few minutes to throw together.

Measure out all of your ingredients and toss them into a food processor. Process until your ingredients are chopped and mixed. Be sure the olives you are using are pitted, as you do not want chunks of pits in your tapenade. Serve with your favorite charcuterie items. I like to make homemade crostinis to serve with my tapenade!

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 Cup Kalamata olives
  • 1/2 Cup Green olives
  • 1 Tsp Red wine vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 Tsp Crushed garlic
  • 1 Tsp Lemon zest
  • 2 Tbsp Parsley
  • 1/2 Tsp Dried oregano
  • 1/8 Tsp Salt
  • 1/8 Tsp Black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Toss all ingredients into your food processor and pulse until evenly chopped and mixed!
