Monster Cookie Protein Balls

At our house, we like to call these Amaze-balls, because they are! These are a great, healthier treat that can either be eaten for breakfast or dessert. I use peanut butter as the nut butter in this recipe, but you could really use any nut butter.

These are even great for the kids! It’s a great snack that will have them thinking they are eating cookie dough.

  • Large Bowl
  • Measuring Cups
  • Spatula

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup mini m&ms
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Easiest recipe you will ever make….mix all in a bowl and roll into balls! Store in the fridge.

    I made these protein balls and they were amazing!! Such an easy recipe to make and doesn’t take much time. The best part is that the kids love to help make them and even better yet, they love eating them! Such a great grab and go snack for the entire family.
