Hot Honey Brussels Sprouts
I love a one pan roasted vegetable recipe. These hot honey Brussels sprouts are certainly no exception. Roasted spicy honey, made with butter, honey and buffalo sauce, it provides just enough caramelization and spice to these delicious Brussels sprouts. I topped mine with a little white cheddar cheese, but these are also perfect for dipping in a cool ranch sauce. You have to try this sweet and spicy Brussels sprouts recipe.

What is hot honey
Hot honey is a brilliantly simple combination of honey and chile peppers. The honey is infused with dried chile peppers—see below for a basic recipe on how to DIY the process—to create a perfectly sweet, spicy, and all around stellar topping for pretty much any dish you’re serving.
Well, it’s mainly the combination of sweet and spicy that’s just perfect. Not just flavor-wise, but also because of the slightly cooling function of sweet stuff like honey. Also, hot honey is not super spicy and it is very versatile.
The sweetness of honey balances out the heat of the peppers, making it a popular addition to dishes like fried chicken, pizza, and even cocktails. One reason for hot honey’s popularity is its versatility in the kitchen. It can be used as a dipping sauce, glaze, marinade, or even drizzled over ice cream.
