FAQs about freezer dumplings
No need! Cook dumplings straight from frozen—just add a few extra minutes to the cooking time whether you’re boiling, steaming, or pan-frying.
You can, but the texture may change slightly. It’s best to freeze them uncooked for the best results.
Pan-frying with a bit of water (potsticker style) is a popular method—it gives a crispy bottom and a juicy interior, straight from the freezer.
