Creamy Chipotle Pasta
I love an easy cream sauce, and it doesn’t get much easier than this recipe. With only a few ingredients that you can find on your store shelves, you can make this pasta in about 30 minutes. Cream sauces are so much easier to make than people think! Give this creamy chipotle pasta recipe a try.

Start by making your pasta as directed. While the pasta cooks, make your sauce. To a pan, melt your butter and slowly mix in your flour, stirring constantly. Add chop or crush your garlic, and add that to your butter and flour mixture. Once the garlic is fragrant, slowly start whisking in your heavy cream until it simmers. Add your chipotle sauce and whisk for a few minutes more until it simmers. Remove the sauce from the heat and slowly add your shredded cheddar cheese. Set your sauce aside and let it cool slightly so it thickens. While your sauce cools, brown your sausage. I prefer Jimmy Dean Natural sausage.

Mix your pasta, sauce and sausage together until well combined. Serve your creamy chipotle pasta with your favorite salad or bread. This will be a family favorite in now time flat!
This is a recipe that you can use your roasted garlic in as well!
