Cottage Cheese Cookie Dough

Who doesn’t want a sweet treat with healthier ingredients? This is the perfect option. Cottage cheese cookie dough is high in protein and totally delicious. If you are looking for a healthy snack that will have you thinking you are eating a bowl of cookie dough, this is the recipe for you.

Cottage cheese is living its best life right now. The fact that we can turn cottage cheese into cookie dough, is pretty remarkable. Add some chocolate chips and peanut butter, and you’ve got a winning snack. Added bonus, this snack is gluten free!

To a blender, add your cottage cheese, vanilla extract and peanut butter and blend until smooth. Transfer that to a bowl, and add your protein powder of choice and your almond flour. You can also sub coconut flour if you so choose.

With a spatula, stir together until all ingredients are well combined. Then add your chocolate chips and stir again. I like to use HuKitchen chocolate, as it has no sugar alcohols or refined sugar.

  • 1 Bowl
  • 1 Spatula


  • 16 Oz cottage cheese
  • 1/2 Cup maple syrup
  • 2 Tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 Cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 Cup almond flour
  • 1/4 Cup collagen protein
  • 1/2 Cup chocolate chips


  • To a blender, add cottage cheese, vanilla, maple syrup and peanut butter and blend until smooth.
    Transfer to a bowl, and add almond flour and mix well with a spatula. Lastly, add your chocolate chips and mix until well combined.
