Cilantro Lime Vinaigrette
I’ve been experimenting a lot with different salad dressings. They are so easy to make, and so much better for you when you make your own. A vinaigrette consists of a few simple ingredients; oil and an acid. The acid can be citrus, such as lemon or lime, vinegar. Beyond those two ingredients, you can get creative and give it whatever flavor profile you would like. For this, I wanted to make a carnitas salad, so I needed a dressing to match. This cilantro lime vinaigrette was the perfect dressing for that salad.

Like any vinaigrette, this one is so easy. All you need is a blender. Toss it all together and let is mix. Add this cilantro lime vinaigrette to your favorite salad for a lite, tangy flavor!
