- 1 lb ground chicken
- 6 flour tortillas
- 1 tsp seasoned salt
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp pepper
- CAESAR DRESSING
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 tbsp dijon
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire
- 2 tbsp garlic powder
- 1/4 lemon, juiced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- water for desired thinness
- OTHER
- 1 head romaine lettuce chopped
- 1.5 cups grated Parmesan cheese

How to make these smashed tacos
Step 1. To a bowl, add your ground chicken and garlic powder, onion powder, seasoned salt and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Step 2. Divide chicken mixture into 6 equal parts. Take each equal part, and smash one part onto each of the 6 tortillas, into a thin layer to the edge of the tortilla.
Step 3. To a pan over medium heat, take about 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan and lay it on to the hot pan. Place the tortilla, chicken side up on top of the melting Parmesan cheese. Let heat for a few minutes until the tortilla is crispy on one side. Then flip to the chicken side down and continue cooking until the chicken is cooked. Do this with each tortilla.
Step 4. To a bowl, add your dressing ingredients, and mix until well combined.
Step 5. To yet another bowl, chop your romaine and add to the bowl. Top with as much Caesar as desired and toss until the lettuce is coated. There will be extra Caesar dressing.
Step 6. Top each chicken taco with Caesar salad. Sprinkle with more Parmesan and serve.
