Ingredients & substitutions
- Banana – It doesn’t have to be super ripe, but the riper it is, the sweeter these donuts will be.
- Whole wheat flour – Or your flour of choice.
- Baking powder
- Cinnamon and sugar

How to make this air fryer cinnamon and sugar donut holes
Step 1. Mash your banana into a fine puree.
Step 2. Add the flour and baking powder and mix until well combined.
Step 3. With an ice cream scoop, portion out the dough into balls.
Step 4. Cook in the air fryer at 350 degrees for about 6 minutes.
Step 5. Remove from the air fryer, spray with a little oil and roll them in a cinnamon and sugar mixture.

Absolutely! You can use whatever flour works for you. I happened to have whole wheat flour, so I used that. Coconut or almond flour would be great in this recipe as well.
Yes! Coconut oil is awesome, or a thin layer of your favorite oil.
