How to make this cottage cheese French onion dip
- Slice and caramelize your onions. To a pan, add about a tablespoon of olive oil over medium high heat. Add your onions and stir every 4 minutes or so. Salt. Caramelizing will take a while, but be patient until your onions are truly cooked down and browned. You can speed up this process by adding a little tap water and let that cook down. This might take 20-30 minutes.
- To a mixing bowl, add your cottage cheese and 1 cup of mozzarella, spice packet and caramelized onions. Stir together.
- Add to your oven safe baking dish and bake at 400 degrees until it’s hot and bubbly. This should take around 20 minutes.
